Quantstamp is pleased to sponsor the current cohort of DLT Talents, an 18-week mentoring program to empower female talent for leadership in the blockchain space.

The DLT Talents program, operated by the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center, seeks to empower women to enter the blockchain sector. Currently, blockchain is a very male-dominated industry, especially among the roles of investors, developers, and founders.

The program builds on key pillars which include role models, networking, and structured learning guidance. It is divided into three phases: basics phase, multi-disciplinary phase, and concentration phase. Running for 18 weeks, participants will gain exposure to the fundamentals and advance from generalists to specialists during the course of the program. In bi-weekly Zoom sessions, participants have a space to exchange information and the opportunity to learn from accomplished women in the field. The program admits 100 participants each cohort, with two cohorts each year.

On July 12, Jaye Harrill, Karina Crooks, and Naoko Araki from the Quantstamp team will be guest speakers in an official DLT Talents session, sharing about their respective careers and offering insight on navigating within the space.

“We are very excited to have gained Quantstamp as a partner for the DLT Talents program,” says Denise Duve, Project Leader of DLT Talents. “What a great match between an innovation leader within the DLT space and a program that is making innovation accessible for female leaders.”

Other partners of the DLT Talents program include Mastercard, Commerzbank, KFW, the Digital Euro Foundation, and the International Token Standardization Association (ITSA).

Quantstamp is pleased to be involved in this mentoring program and facilitating the entry of more women into blockchain careers.
